Yes, ticket can only be used by the person whose name appears on the ticket. If the name on the ticket doesn’t match the attendees photo ID they are at risk of being denied entry. To reissue (change the name on the ticket) the original purchaser must login to their moshtix account and click the Reissue button for the relevant event and follow the prompts.
Reissue are not always permitted and are at the discretion of the event organiser and fees may apply.
*Names cannot be changed on Splendour in the Grass tickets.
