When can I expect my posted tickets?
If you have selected 'Hard Tickets & Postage' your tickets will be printed and sent to the address in your Moshtix account, you will receive your tickets within 7-10 working days. Please note, you will also receive and copy of your tickets via pdf email attachment.

What happens if I lose or damage my hard copy tickets?
All hardcopy posted ticket orders will also be sent as an email PDF. You are welcome to either use the emailed version, or the hard copy tickets.
If you have lost your tickets and are worried that someone else might have access to them, please contact moshtix customer service immediately on 1300 438 849.
Can I change the names on hardcopy tickets?
No names are printed on hardcopy tickets, so a name change will not be required.
