- Log onto your moshtix account using your existing email address. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password here. (you may need to check your junk or spam folder for the password reset email from us)
- Once you have signed in, please navigate to 'Account Details' which is on the right hand side menu.
- Update your email address in the corresponding field then click 'Save details' on the bottom right corner in orange.
Your previous purchases and account history will now be linked to this new email.
